Come let’s learn
what eyelashes are and why are they important.
The role of the eyelashes
The fine hair that grow at the eyelid perform several
functions. Even though they are often regarded as an importance of beauty,
their main purpose is to shield the eyes from minor elements such as dust, sand
or debris from inflowing and damaging the eye.
Our eyes are one
of themost important part of our human body. The first noticiable possessions we often notice about
other people are their eyes. As we make
eye exchange with other people, our eyes communicate in ways that our words
cannot. They are a very srtong non verbal
communicator .
Most of the times our eyes are highlighted by the little
hair that lineup on our eyelids. Yes! We're
talking about eyelashes. By any chance do
you have long eyelashes? If you don't, you might wish you had , as they can
make the eyes even more attractive. But why do we even have them on our eyes ?
Most of us use makeup and numerous tools to beautify and elongate
their eyelashes. Long, thick eyelashes can definitely be attractive.
Eyelashes also aid to keep moisture, like perspiration or
shower, out of your eyes. Their curved shape and the way they are positioned
allow them to direct moisture away from your eyes.
Besides your forehead
and eyebrows, your eyelashes also help to armor your eyes from the sunny
light of the sun. They're not a substitute for sunglasses, but they do help to
filter the sunlight that shines in your eyes.
Eyelashes are natural hair only , so they'll fall out obviously
from time to time. Like the hair on your head, they grow back on their own,
too. After an eyelash falls out, it takes a month to six weeks to grow back.
So we hope now you know why do we have these thin hair on
our eyes.
